Presents the Brazilian Jazz styles of music plus combining with world rhythms expressed through original compositions
Jaider de Oliveira -6 string guitar (4+2 Bass), a 10 string Guitar – 4 double +2 bass and percussion.

Brendan Hook on Saxes and percussion. Brendan is a professional musician, composer and teacher who lives in Brisbane. He attended the Victorian College of the Arts in 1988-9 studying Jazz and Improvisation majoring in his chosen instrument, the saxophone. Brendan also performs on flute and clarinet.
For the last 27 years he has performed regularly in a wide variety of settings in world,jazz, R&B, rock, classical and original styles.!
Career highlights include performing own compositions at the Melbourne International Jazz Festival and Coordinating the Melbourne Improvisors Association. Brendan currently plays with ‘the Unusual Suspects’ a 23 piece Macedonian style big band and renowned Brazilian guitarist Jaider de Oliveira in ‘Jaider & Friends’.

Jaider de Oliveira is a Brazilian born Australia Musician who for many years has brought the sounds of Brazil to bless our ears. singer, composer. producer, guitarist, percussionist, teacher and entertainer, he is truly a master of his craft, one that is always looking for unique sounds through different instruments.
