Since the beginning of his bachelor of Jazz Performance at the Conservatorium, Charles has played drums in many different formats around Brisbane and Australia’s east coast. Throughout the last few years he has indulged himself in the ConArtists Jazz Orchestra and many forms of accompaniment. Recently, his passion for small group improvising has driven him to become a band leader, composer and arranger.
